Lantau Trail section 2 stretches from Lantau Road at the picturesque stone house and the public toilets of Nam Shan on the right side. The hike is beautiful but kind of challenging, at least until you reach Sunset Peak.
Highlights: The view from Sunset Peak is stunning. Take a break and lean your back against one of the small huts on the way up.
How to get there: Take the ferry to Mui Wo from Central and walk up to the start through section 1. Or take bus 1, 2 or 3M and get off at the Nam Shan Public toilets.
How to get home: You will end up along Tung Chung Road. It’s a bus stop nearby. Take any bus back to Mui Wo.
